Rebuilding geometry, finding the holes in a level, and scaling brushes.

• Rebuild GeometryWhat RED+ changes when RED rebuilds a level's geometry: the compile precision, hole lines on every rebuild, and what the log records.
• Classify HolesSort the holes found by RED's Check for holes into leaks, weld gaps and T-junctions, and see which brushes bound each leak.
